Paginated metadata for the uploaded (tenant-owned) corpus. Bulk-loaded platform corpus rows (tenant_id NULL — the sample corpus, folder ingests) are excluded: this endpoint manages what was uploaded through the API. Ordered `created_at DESC, id DESC` for a deterministic tie break, matching the checks list.
