Though in times of what business they will raise it based on the owners decision on what their business will come up It s either in the food industry school supplies or etc But in Sta Cruz Poblacion Tanza Cavite they re more food business than others In line with this study It focuses on how does the small business owners choose the best strategy for their food business And this study was conducted to learn more about the most commonly strategy that a owners used for them to get a higher income II Statement of the Problem Food business is a wide ranging market place in our country because it is a necessity that the 10 out of 10 people needed Whereas it demand an applicable business strategy where in it will help to provide the needs of the target market Despite the fact that food is needed by everyone there are still trouble in choosing the appropriate business strategy that will help in business growth Generally this study aimed to make an analysis of how does the business owners choose the best strategy for their business in Sta Cruz Poblacion Tanza Cavite 1 What is the most common strategy that a Small Business have 2 How does their chosen business strategy help in their business growth 3 What are the problems that a food business usually encountered 4

How do they handle those problems 5 Why all companies choose the best strategy to achieve their target market III Objectives of the Study Generally this study conducted to identify the strategy that a small business owners have Specifically it aimed to 1 Identify the most common strategy that a small business owners have 2 How does their chosen business strategy help in their business growth 3 The ability of the owner to choose the best strategy for their business 4 Determine the problem that a business owners will may encounter in choosing the best strategy 5 How long does it takes to change their business strategy that they applied in their business IV Significance of the Study This study provided the information of how does the small business owners choose the best strategy for their food business Future Entrepreneur The food business owner would be able to benefit in this study by having additional knowledge that will help them to choose the best strategy for their business in creating something new for the improvement in doing a business strategy above their competitor that will help them in earning more profits ABM Students will be benefited in this study by gaining a prior knowledge on how to select a strategy appropriately to a food business
