Noplag Plagiarism Statistics measures plagiarism in the scholarly record by rate, not by headline count — joining the Retraction Watch database with OpenAlex to produce defensible, normalized figures by country, institution, and discipline, alongside curated notable cases and a news-coverage signal. Free to browse, cite, and download.
