The Purpose of this project was How a social media campaign can grow interest in the University In addition the university would like you to identify platforms and technologies that can be used to deliver this system The university would have preferred you to use free and open source software You must work with group of three selected at random which caused possible behavioural issues within the group Regardless of any issues the group had to carry out research into how a social media campaign can grow interest in the University This report will go on to discuss the dynamics within the group how the group relationship was managed and the various issues that happened when carrying out the task using academic models for support and analysis We had five elements to do for this project so discussed that each of us will do two elements and at the meanwhile help each other if anyone got stuck The tasked we had to do 1 An introduction 2 A representation of the system for growing the university's social media presence 3 A representation of the system for turning social media interest into applications 4 

This implied there wasn't quite a bit of a group commitment at the start which may have diminished the quality of the work and the coherence of the group However I believe that we have worked well at the end and all of us provided a good piece of work I think we had a good technical discussion of the tools and platforms recommended I would add some information to element three Now I got good understanding of Sysdea However I learnt that the original stages of team working are vital for building future success as our team suffered greatly from a lack of initial cohesion and from some missed meetings Finally I learnt that although I can produce great work by myself this does not always equate to team success Indeed whilst I believe I have performed extremely well on this module I feel I have not served my team as well as a I could By completing so much research at the start I may have inadvertently demoralised my teammates and made them feel like they could not make a worthwhile contribution As such in future I may need to consider how my actions may affect the others in the team even when I am doing something which is likely to help produce a high quality piece of work I also learnt that I can be a group leader and how to approach errors and issues Therefore I will be more confident when approaching such tasks in future Regarding group work I believe that my learning was restricted by the fact that our group worked more as a family or group of friends than as a work team At the end of the project what matter the most is what we have learned from our group work experiences During the tenure of working together situations cropped up and tested us on the scales of making the decisions and handling the pressures and exceptions
